Lo and behold, I didn't read the memo that many of the stalls only accept cash (which I didn't have at the time because I thought money changers would be everywhere!). I felt that it was a bad sign that no one was Japanese (except for the sushi chefs), but the sushi was delicious! The staff is very warm and friendly, the food is excellent (they do not scrimp on their servings), and the prices are pretty good for a sushi restaurant in Tsuikiji.

Everything tasted very fresh, the fish had no fishy smell to it, it did not feel like it has been refrigerated and defrosted, and everything piece I had felt like it was melting in my mouth. :D.
